Short answer: Send FlashFish Europe a small, structured packet: the exact model, regional voltage or plug version, a concise issue description, and relevant evidence such as an error code or connected-device label. Add order details only for an order or warranty question, and use the official support route. Do not post an unredacted serial number, address, order confirmation or private video publicly.
The practical method is M-R-I-E: model, region, issue, evidence. It gives support enough context to find the right manual or technical path without turning the first message into a dump of unrelated specifications and personal data.
The M-R-I-E support packet
| Field | Include | Leave out unless requested |
|---|---|---|
| Model | Complete model and suffix exactly as printed; kit owners list both components | Shortened family names, guesses or a visually similar model |
| Region | Voltage, frequency, plug or regional version from the delivered label/manual | Assumptions based on the website market alone |
| Issue | What happened, when, which port or mode, and the repeatable sequence | A long theory about the cause before the basic facts |
| Evidence | Warning/error code, cropped label photo, connected-equipment label and short relevant video | Unredacted address, payment details, public serial number or unrelated footage |
Official route: Open the FlashFish Europe Support Center for manuals, technical questions and the appropriate after-sales path.
Why the exact model matters
FlashFish model suffixes are not decorative. For example, the authoritative model in this project is E106B, even when someone says “E106” informally. The current E106B Europe page presents a 230V EU AC context plus several USB and shared DC groups. Support still needs the delivered label and manual revision because a page cannot prove the unit in front of you.
Kit names require two identifiers. A station-plus-panel kit can combine separate station and panel manuals, connectors and limits. List both complete component models instead of asking about “the solar generator” as one undifferentiated device.
Model, batch and serial are different identifiers
Your Europe and the EU General Product Safety Regulation distinguish a product type/model from batch, serial or another traceability identifier. That distinction explains why support may begin with the model but later ask for a serial or batch value to identify an individual unit or production group.
This is not a reason to publish every identifier. Start with the minimum packet, send sensitive values only through the official route when relevant, and crop photos to the fields needed for the question.
Match the evidence to the support path
Manual or regional-version request
Send the complete model, regional voltage or plug, country and a clear cropped label photo. State which manual you already checked and why it appears not to match.
Charger, solar panel or appliance question
List the station model and the connected equipment's exact model, input or output label, connector, cable and every simultaneous load. A matching connector shape does not prove voltage, current, polarity or protocol compatibility.
Order or warranty question
Use the official order/after-sales path and include the order number and purchase channel when requested. Do not place that information in a public review, forum post or social-media comment.
Fault or warning report
Record the code, port or mode, battery state, ambient context and repeatable sequence. If damage, unusual heat, odour, swelling, arcing or repeated protection trips occur, stop using the equipment when safe and contact support; do not open the enclosure or bypass protection.
Five common support-message failures
- Sending “E106” when the delivered label says E106B.
- Quoting a web page but omitting the regional label on the physical unit.
- Showing a connector photo without voltage, current, polarity or protocol fields.
- Asking for runtime while omitting the complete load and representative usage pattern.
- Uploading unredacted personal, order or serial information to a public channel.
Copyable message template
Model: [complete model and suffix]
Region: [voltage/frequency/plug from label; country]
Issue: [one-sentence symptom and exact sequence]
Connected equipment: [model, label, connector and cable]
Evidence: [error code, cropped label photo or short relevant video]
Order reference: [only for the official order/warranty route when relevant]
Frequently asked questions
Is E106 the same model name as E106B?
For FlashFish support and factual copy, use the complete model E106B shown in the authoritative record and on the delivered label. Do not shorten a model when requesting a manual or technical answer.
Should I send my full serial number in the first message?
Usually start with the exact model, regional label, issue and official purchase reference when relevant. Send a serial or batch identifier only through the official support route when it is needed; do not post it publicly.
What should a product-label photo show?
Show the model and regional electrical information clearly. Crop unrelated surroundings and avoid exposing names, addresses, barcodes, order numbers or identifiers that support has not requested.
What connected-equipment details matter?
Name the charger, solar panel, appliance or cable, and include its input or output label, connector and the exact sequence that triggered the issue. Connector shape alone is not enough.
When should I stop troubleshooting and contact support?
Stop if the station, battery, connector or cable is damaged, unusually hot, swollen, emitting odour, arcing or repeatedly tripping protection. Do not open the enclosure, alter wiring or bypass protections.
Next step: Use the E106B page only after matching the full model and regional label.
Sources and evidence limits
Checked 11 October 2026. The FlashFish Europe Support Center supplies the current support fields and safety boundary; the E106B page provides one model/region example, while the authoritative local record controls its facts. Official EU sources explain why model/type and batch or serial identifiers serve different traceability purposes. FlashFish publishes this guide. This is a communication checklist, not legal advice, a compliance finding, a warranty decision or a completed diagnosis. The image supports port identification only.
