FlashFish EU Compliance Evidence Guide

Quick answer: Compliance evidence is model-, hardware- and market-specific. A general badge or a document issued for another product does not prove that every FlashFish model has the same scope. Request evidence for the exact model and EU version being evaluated.

This page explains an evidence-checking process; it does not declare that every FlashFish product holds every document listed below.

What to verify for an exact model

Check the model, issuing party, report or declaration identifier, date, standard or legal scope, market and configuration before relying on a document.

EU Declaration of Conformity

Should identify: product or model, manufacturer or authorised representative, applicable EU legislation, referenced standards, date and signatory.
Do not assume: a CE logo alone is the full declaration or technical file.

UN 38.3 test summary

Should identify: manufacturer and laboratory contacts, unique report ID and date, battery type and rating, physical description, covered model numbers, tests and results, revision details and signatory.
Do not assume: one battery design automatically covers a different model or pack.

RoHS or chemical documentation

Should identify: product or material scope, applicable restrictions, supplier evidence and document date.
Do not assume: a general environmental badge is model-level evidence.

Safety or grid-related report

Should identify: exact standard edition, model or system configuration, issuing body, report number, date and market scope.
Do not assume: a standard name proves an unlisted configuration was assessed.

SDS or MSDS

Should identify: material, hazards, handling, transport and emergency information.
Do not assume: an SDS is a consumer performance certificate.

Current FlashFish evidence status

No model-specific declaration, certificate or test report is attached to this page because the original files, identifiers and model scope have not been verified for publication here.

Published model-level files

None verified for inclusion on this page.

SR5000 product-record mentions

Current product records mention CE and VDE 4105, but without the original declarations or reports this page does not present those mentions as verified compliance evidence.

Cross-model use

Do not use a document for one model as proof for another model, battery pack or system configuration.

Missing identifiers or scope

Leave report numbers, dates and coverage blank rather than estimating them.

Information to include in a document request

Provide the full product model and product-page URL.

EU configuration

Compliance evidence FAQ

Important limitation

This is a document-navigation and evidence guide, not legal, customs, transport or installation advice. Product and system compliance must be assessed against the exact configuration and rules in the destination market.
