Below are the product warranty terms we offer:

Standard Warranty Policy:

- FlashFish products come with a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers product failures due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Extended Warranty Policy:

- If you purchased your product from a non-official website and wish to receive an additional year of warranty service, you can activate your product on our website within 30 days of purchase.

- After successful activation, your product will receive a total of two years of warranty service.

* Refund Policy

  • *Before returning the product, please send a picture of the packaged product and shipping script to our customer service staff, and apply for a return. After the customer service staff reviews the application materials, follow the return process according to the return instructions provided by the customer service staff.*(Please note that we will not accept returns event that are not in accordance with the above instructions,please understand.)
  • You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs.
  • Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to FLASHFISH warehouse.

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that are damaged due to human factors.

Delivery Services:
Delivery will happen within 1-3 working days of dispatch, and usually 3-5 days (EU/US/SEA/JP/RS) later you will receive your products. On the day of delivery we will write the tracking number on the order system and email letting you know that delivery will take place.
  • We are able to offer world class shipping options through our long term partnerships with UPS, DPD, FedEx, DHL and other leading global carriers. 
  • The shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays. During the busy Holiday season, processing times take longer than usual, and some delays are to be expected.
